Qualifications:

B.E or B. Tech or Equivalent (Full Time Graduates only)

Role Purpose

Support the delivery of our in-house Lending Suitecomprising Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and Loan Collection System (LCS)for banks and financial institutions across the Middle East and other regions. The role involves coordinating project execution from the Mumbai HQ, working with regional teams, and ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems (excluding third-party core banking systems).

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing the full project lifecycle from planning to go-live.

Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, sprint boards, and status reports.

Coordinate with BAs, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely delivery of features and integrations.

Support integration activities with third-party systems such as EKYC providers, credit bureaus, payment gateways, document management solutions, and government/regulatory APIsexcluding any integration with third-party CBS.

Help prepare for UAT, track defects, and ensure timely resolutions.

Organize client meetings, prepare MOMs, and track agreed actions.

Facilitate localization activities to meet GCC regulations and customer-specific requirements.

Monitor risks and issues, escalating as necessary to the Senior Project Manager.

equired Qualifications & Experience

3-6 years in software delivery; 24 years in banking/lending projects.

Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Exposure to product implementation in GCC markets preferred.

Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Willingness to travel up to 20% when required.

Nice to Have Certifications

Prince2 Foundation, Agile/Scrum certifications.

Technical or business degree (CS/IT, Engineering, or MBA).

Success Metrics

Timely delivery of assigned tasks and artifacts.

Sprint predictability and adherence to delivery timelines.

High-quality UAT outcomes and minimal post-go-live issues.

Positive client and internal team feedback.
