We provide end-to-end solutions from architectural design, structural engineering, legal, and financial consultancy to execution, ensuring excellence and innovation in every project.

Role: Junior / Intern Architect

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented architecture graduates / interns to join our growing team. This role will provide exposure to real-time redevelopment, township planning, and high-rise design under experienced architects and project consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conceptual and working drawings, 2D/3D visualizations, and presentation layouts.
- Support in preparing municipal drawings, approvals, and documentation (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, NMMC, MCGM norms).
- Coordinate with consultants for structural, MEP, and landscape inputs.
- Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports.
- Research materials, design trends, and innovative solutions.

Desired Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office (knowledge of Lumion/Enscape is a plus).
- Basic understanding of building bye-laws, redevelopment policies, and architectural detailing.
- Strong design sense, drafting skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Eligibility

- B.Arch graduates / pursuing final year of architecture.
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in redevelopment/high-rise projects will be an advantage.
