Role Responsibilities

As a Junior / Intern Architect, you will:

- Assist in developing conceptual layouts, presentation drawings, and working drawings.
- Support the design of high-rise and mixed-use buildings ensuring DCPR/UDCPR compliance.
- Collaborate with legal teams to align design with statutory requirements.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, progress tracking, and quality checks.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and material boards for client presentations.
- Assist in preparing approval drawings for CIDCO, MCGM, and other local authorities.
- Work closely with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.

What Were Looking For

- B.Arch (fresh graduates) or final-year architecture students may apply.
- Familiarity with DCPR/UDCPR building regulations is an advantage. (Mandatory for mid-level applicants)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) and SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop (preferred).
- Strong design sense, eye for detail, and problem-solving attitude.
- Good communication skills in English; Marathi and Hindi are an added plus.
- Navi Mumbai residents or candidates with experience working on Navi Mumbai projects will be given preference.
- Background in real estate or redevelopment projects will be an added advantage.
