Ansvarsomrder
  • Lede hele livssyklusen for opplring fra behovsanalyse til evaluering
  • Systematisere og dokumentere all opplringsaktivitet
  • Bidra til utvikling, gjennomfring og evaluering av opplringsprogrammer
  • Sttte ledere i opplringsarbeidet i samarbeid med HR
  • Vre pdriver for digitalisering og modernisering av opplringsaktiviteter
  • Fungere som bedriftens kontaktperson for opplringsrelaterte sprsml
Kvalifikasjoner
  • Bachelorgrad innen HR, pedagogikk, ledelse eller tilsvarende
  • Erfaring med opplring og kompetanseutvikling, gjerne fra industriell eller regulert virksomhet
  • God forstelse for IT-systemer og digitale lringsverkty
  • Kjennskap til Lean-metodikk er en fordel
  • Gode muntlige og skriflige kommunikasjonsevner p bde norsk og engelsk

  • Strukturert og systematisk med god gjennomfringsevne
  • Pedagogisk tilnrming og sterke relasjons- og samarbeidsevner
  • Evne til identifisere og implementere forbedringer
