We are hiring a Senior Sales Training Manager to lead the sales training vertical and manage a team of trainers. This role requires hands-on experience in outbound telesales training, team leadership, and performance coaching. You will be responsible for end-to-end training operations from new hire onboarding to upskilling programs while driving measurable improvements in conversion, productivity, and retention.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of Sales Trainers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training programs across all the locations, train and mentor a team of in-house trainers or deputed floor coaches.

  2. Develop and implement training strategies aligned with sales goals and business objectives, design, implement, and manage end-to-end training programs.

  3. Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to upgrade team capability and ensure training consistency, conduct regular skill assessments and coaching sessions to improve sales performance.

  4. Create sales-specific modules product knowledge, pitch building, soft skills, objection handling , closing techniques & monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics.

  5. Develop training content such as scripts, objection-handling tools, SOPs, sales pitch frameworks, and role-play exercises.

  6. Build and execute structured refresher training modules for outbound telesales team.

  7. Stay updated with latest sales techniques & compliance regulations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate with 13+ years of experience in outbound sales training, including at least 6+ years in a outbound telesales environment.

  2. Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and performance metrics.

  3. Proven track record in driving training outcomes for outbound sales team.

  4. Ability to design training content that is engaging, practical, and result-oriented.

  5. Experience managing a team of trainers.
