Qualification: Graduate in any field (B.Com/M.Com or BBA/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred)
Must be two wheeler
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented DST - TL to promote, manage team and generate lead for financial planning training. The role involves direct client
interaction, financial needs assessment, and offering customized financial
solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a
passion for sales, manage team and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads from open market and through different channels.
Lead and drive team for business outcomes.
Understand customers' financial training needs.
Achieve sales targets by assigned DST team
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct financial awareness meetings, client presentations, and product
demos.
Requirement:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive selling ability and team management skills
Experence in BFSI sector.
Basic knowledge of financial products (insurance, mutual funds,
retirement, etc.)
2 wheeler required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
