About ElasticRun Technology Platform

ElasticRun has developed and refined its technology solutions to support its rural distribution and logistics businesses across India. These solutions are now offered in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Key platforms include an AI-powered ERP platform for end-to-end business operations, a Transport Management System, a Shipment Processing Platform, and Various AI/ML-based business accelerators. These solutions cater to Manufacturers, Brands, Transporters, Fleet owners, and Organizations managing their own logistics networks. Each of these platforms and solutions has been successfully subscribed and proven with customers already. ElasticRun is now expanding its SaaS footprint and looking forward to onboarding many medium to large-scale enterprises on its platform.

About the Role

The incumbent will lead the SaaS business end to end that includes – development of customer pipeline for SaaS products, designing SaaS products that provide differentiated value to customers, managing life cycle of the customers with high NPS and delivering the business targets (financial, operational and customer centric). The incumbent will collaborate with the engineering team as well as other internal stakeholders to develop SaaS products and deliver these solutions to the customers.

Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)

  • Create and execute comprehensive business strategy to meet revenue and growth targets for SaaS products.
  • Take ownership of profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring financial goals are achieved or surpassed.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competition to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align improvements with customer needs and market trends.
  • Lead sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Monitor and manage expenses to optimize financial performance within the budget, making adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all business operations.

Job Specification (What Will You Need)

  • Qualification: B.E/B. Tech and MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and owning P&L responsibilities for at least one SaaS product independently.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SaaS product companies with expertise in selling TMS and WMS to enterprise customers.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the SaaS business model, including sales strategies, marketing techniques, and product development cycles.
  • Excel in analytical and strategic thinking, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Should have people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Additionally, should have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building and nurturing relationships with the stakeholders.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, coupled with a keen understanding of revenue forecasting and budget management, further strengthens the business acumen.
