Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager – Business LAP

Location: Karnataka – Bangalore & Hubli

Department: Business Loan Against Property (BLAP)

Designation: RM / SM

Experience Required: 3–8 years in LAP / Business LAP sourcing

CTC Range: As per internal banding

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving Business LAP sourcing across Bangalore & Hubli through DSAs, connectors, and direct customer engagements. The role demands strong local market intelligence and the ability to deliver consistent business volumes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Source Business LAP cases through DSA, CA and direct channels

• Deliver monthly sourcing & disbursement targets

• Conduct customer visits, assess business financials & loan requirements

• Liaise with credit, ops, legal & technical teams for file processing

• Strengthen partner relationships and expand the DSA network

• Ensure documentation completeness & compliance

• Track competitor offerings and market pricing

• Monitor portfolio quality and support early bucket follow-ups

Candidate Requirements:


• 3–8 years experience in Business LAP / LAP / SME sourcing

• Solid understanding of Bangalore & Hubli LAP market

• Demonstrated ability to close quality BLAP cases

• Strong communication, negotiation & financial assessment skills

• Existing network of DSAs & local connectors preferred
