Job Description Position- Sales Officer/Relationship Manager/Sr. RM EXP- 1 + Yrs Location- Gurugram Notice Period- Immediate joiner- 30 days Skills- Secured loan, Lap, cold calling, relationship management, customer service, generating leads, handle sales About the Role We are looking for driven and customer-focused professionals to join our sales team as Sales Officer / Relationship Manager / Sr. RM. The ideal candidate will have experience in secured loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) and be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through cold calling, market research, references, and field activities. - Manage end-to-end sales for Secured Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. - Meet potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions. - Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business. - Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers. - Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. - Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally. Required Skills & Competencies - Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales, preferably in Secured Loans / LAP. - Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and sales closure. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand financial needs. - Strong ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks.
