Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions that deliver business value. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.
- Assist in solution design and participate in testing, training, and implementation.
- Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user manuals.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues.
- Support change management activities and ensure solutions align with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
