Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective schools/clients to promote company products and services.
  • Handle inbound queries from schools and provide accurate information.
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and call records in an organized manner.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients confidently.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to call performance and lead conversion.
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for closures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to engage clients confidently over the phone.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, internet, and email.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele calling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
