Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager, located in Madikeri. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, handling administrative duties, and maintaining guest satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with other departments, managing front office staff, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

  • Strong Office Administration and Front Office skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Experience in hospitality management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
