Key Responsibilities (Strategy, Team & Performance)

  • Performance Strategy & Budget Ownership:
  • Design, own, and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting) to drive CPA, LTV, and Lead Quality targets.
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the entire digital marketing budget for maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Team Leadership & Supervision:
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a small team of Digital Marketing Executives/Associates
  • Conduct goal setting, performance reviews, and skill development for the team to ensure high standards of execution.
  • Creative & Content Management:
  • Oversee the ideation and creation of all marketing content, ensuring brand consistency and performance optimization.
  • MANDATORY: Proficiency in Graphic Designing/Video Editing is essential for final asset review and hands-on work when needed.
  • Desirable: Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance and scale creative asset production.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
  • Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), CRM, and ad platform data to build dashboards, interpret complex funnels, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across landing pages and ad creatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3+ years in a core Digital Marketing role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Expertise: Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale paid media budgets and achieving quantifiable results (CPA, ROAS).
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and strong proficiency in a Graphic Design tool.
  • Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership ability to motivate a team.
