Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and content marketing.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Campaign Management

  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, ROI, and brand visibility.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and maintain quality standards.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Identify insights and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct periodic audits of campaigns and digital assets.

Team Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate with content creators, designers, performance marketers, and account managers.
  • Work closely with clients to understand objectives and present reports/strategies.

SEO & SEM

  • Oversee SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization efforts.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.

Social Media & Content

  • Supervise social media calendars, content strategies, and creative campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all online channels.

Client Engagement

  • Present monthly performance reviews, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Introduce new ideas, strategies, and technologies to enhance performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
