Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Analyst with a strong sales background and sharp analytical skills. This role is critical in ensuring the quality of our client-facing conversations by evaluating eloquence, script adherence, and promises made during sales and implementation. The Sales Analyst will translate conversation reviews into actionable insights, enabling leadership to coach teams, improve sales performance, and safeguard client trust.

The Sales Analyst will:

  • Review and analyze sales and client conversations for eloquence and professionalism.
  • Measure script adherence, flagging deviations and risky commitments.
  • Track promises made to clients during sales and implementation.
  • Conduct sentiment analysis to capture client interest, objections, and reaction points.
  • Deliver weekly reports integrating findings into HubSpot and Excel for leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Conversation Evaluation

  • Assess eloquence, clarity, and professionalism of client-facing conversations.
  • Ensure strict script adherence, flagging deviations
  • Track and document promise made to clients during sales and implementation discussions.
  • Measure overall conversation quality and identify improvement areas.

Sentiment & Insights

  • Perform sentiment analysis to capture client interest, objections, and reaction points.
  • Highlight significant deviations, red flags, or risky promises for leadership review.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales coaching and training.

Reporting & Integration

  • Deliver weekly reports summarizing findings and trends.
  • Integrate insights into HubSpot CRM and Excel for clear visibility across leadership.
  • Support sales management with data-driven inputs for performance improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a Tier-1 university (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong sales or business development background (not a pure analytics profile).
  • Experience in sales analytics, conversation review, or quality assurance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to evaluate eloquence and persuasion quality.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Excel reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work independently.
  • Must be able to work fully onsite in our Bengaluru office.
