Role: Human Resource Manager (Full-Time | Bengaluru Office)
Purpose:
We're seeking a dynamic HR professional who can balance empathy and efficiency — leading people operations, ensuring smooth systems, and fostering a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- People Operations & HR Processes
• Manage the full employee lifecycle — onboarding to exit — for therapists, consultants, and core staff.
• Ensure compliance in contracts, KYC, background checks, and documentation.
• Maintain HR databases, attendance, leave tracking, and performance dashboards.
• Oversee payroll coordination with finance and ensure timely payouts and record accuracy.
- Recruitment & Talent Management
• Lead hiring drives for psychologists, therapists, and shadow teachers across India.
• Manage job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with functional heads to identify manpower gaps and build strong pipelines.
- Learning, Culture & Engagement
• Design and implement engagement activities, monthly feedback forums, and recognition programs.
• Support leadership in nurturing a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace.
• Conduct regular HR audits, feedback sessions, and pulse surveys.
- Policy, Compliance & Growth
• Develop and update HR policies aligned with labour laws and Insighte's values.
• Partner with leadership on performance management and career progression frameworks.
• Drive data-based decision making using HR analytics and reports.

Requirements
• 1-5 years of HR experience in service, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, compliance, and process automation.
• Empathetic, organized, and action-oriented mindset.
• Passion for working in child mental health, education, or social impact sectors.
