Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Accounting Executive, located in Noida. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support tax compliance and reporting for our US operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US GAAP, bookkeeping and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure books are closed on time.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls.
  • Work with external auditors as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in SAP is essential
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
