As a Customer Support Associate (Voice), you will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and shortlisted Candidates for Hiring
- Handle inbound calls with utmost professionalism adhering to the call etiquettes of the highest order
- Niche out sublime negotiation skills assertively
- Work on Job Boards
- Manage listings on Job Portals
- Initiate follow up phone calls & engage in chats and emails in accordance with effective strategical norms applicable with candidates across different stages of Hiring
- Maintain Daily MIS reports
Requisites :
- A minimum of 1 year of international BPO related voice process experience is a pre-requisite
- A prior exposure in overseas voice-based non-technical recruitment is an advantage
- Excellent command over verbal and written English is a necessity. One should possess top-notch neutral accent conducive to communicate effectively with a native English speaker
- Should be at ease at managing work-related pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to start immediately
