Job Summary:

The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., ensuring smooth execution of events, business growth, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong experience in event management, operations, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership
  • Oversee planning, production, and execution of all events and hospitality projects.
  • Coordinate across departments (Sales, Operations, Creative, and Finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, client expectations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of managers and executives.
  • Assign responsibilities, review performance, and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Promote teamwork and ensure cross-functional coordination.
  • Client Relations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Handle client meetings, negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalations efficiently and professionally.
  • Financial Management
  • Manage budgets, project costing, and profitability.
  • Review financial reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement cost-effective measures.
  • Support the management in strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal regulations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management on operational performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event management field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
