Together, these capabilities let Web3 apps see real users, reduce fraud and sybil noise, improve attribution, and scale with privacy and trust.

Role Overview

As our
Growth Marketing Associate
, you'll be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and retention of Glyph's identity and analytics tools: UnifiedID and SITA9. We're not looking for traditional marketers — we want a Web3 native, a degen culture-lover, someone who's scaled communities, shipped viral campaigns, and built growth/retention loops in crypto. You'll lead content, AI-driven creatives, community & partner strategies to make Glyph stand out in a crowded identity-infrastructure space.

Responsibilities

Creatives & Content Strategy

• Lead the content strategy & publishing calendar across
  Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram
  , etc.
• Design engaging visuals & creatives; leverage AI-tools for design, copy, iteration.
• Maintain brand tone + storytelling that resonates with privacy-oriented, Web3, cross-chain identity audiences.

AI-Driven Marketing Execution

• Use AI for copywriting, campaign automation, analytics, and design to increase speed and impact.
• Keep tabs on emerging AI tools and integrate them into our workflows.

Growth, Acquisition & Partnerships

• Devise growth hacks & acquisition funnels specific to identity, wallets, relayers, fraud filtering, etc.
• Work with KOLs/influencers and ecosystem partners (other protocols, dApps) to drive adoption of Glyph.
• Use the features (e.g. intent scoring, bot/sybil filtering, analytics) to craft audience targeting and acquisition strategies.

Community & Retention

• Build and nurture Web3-native communities; set up authentic engagement loops.
• Design retention campaigns leveraging trust, loyalty, identity insights.
• Use insights (via SITA9 or similar) to tailor messaging and incentives for retention.

Analytics & Reporting

• Deeply track performance: acquisition metrics, retention, engagement, sybil/bot rate, intent scores, etc.
• Produce clear, actionable reports and feedback loops to improve spends, creatives, messaging.

Requirements

• Minimum
  1 year
  of growth marketing in Web3 / crypto, especially involvement with identity, wallets, privacy, or analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing content calendars and social media for Web3 projects — especially on Twitter, memes, experimental content.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content/design/automation.
• Deep understanding of Web3 culture: identity, wallets, sybil attacks, privacy, zero-knowledge proofs etc. (You know what "degen" means and you live it.)
• Experience with community tools (Discord, Telegram) and social tools; building organic engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset; proficiency with analytics tools, attribution, dashboards.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Able to move fast, self-directed, in remote / startup context.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (Marketing, BBA, Computer Science, etc.).
• Prior experience scaling Web3 communities or identity/infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with narratives around privacy, sybil filtering, cross-chain identity, ZK proofs.
• Strong problem solving & creative thinking — finding new growth loops in a privacy first context.
