Hyperlocal digital Dealer initiatives -
Driving end to end special initiatives at the ground level, alongside any special schemes/incentives
Market activations
Ensuring Infrastructure Readiness
2. Service:
Customer Experience -
Ensuring overseeing across Intello/dashboards/feedback from field respective teams on customer experience and taking corrective actions
Process Adherence -
Overseeing adherence across assigned dealerships
Tools and Equipment -
Ensuring Dealership tools and equipment availability
Manpower - Ensuring Exclusive RM adequacy and training.
Spare parts & Warranty Management
3. Ensure proper coordination across Charging teams
Experience5-8 years
Industry PreferredAuto, EV (PV/2w/3w), auto components, allied industries | 2-4 years in sales and atleast 1 year in service/ customer experience
QualificationsB.E. / B.Tech, MBA preferred
