Job Profile

  • Making presentation of all Individual Products presentation.
  • Excellence in conceptualizing and executing innovative promotions to enhance brand visibility and conduct feasibility/ profitability analysis in coordination with the marketing team and external agencies
  • Proficient in developing new products, tapping profitable business opportunities and positioning the products as per market needs.
  • Steered operations with a view to achieve organizational objectives and ensured profitability; planned activities and developed GTM strategies to accomplish sales target through sales team.
  • Attending customer complain and meeting them for sales support and introduction for company products
  • Formulation of lubricating oils, metal working fluids, industrial Specialty oils
  • Analyze the current market demand and potential products to offer.
  • New customer acquisition across all product categories.
  • Attend Exhibitions, seminars
  • Develop and implement latest Marketing collaterals – Brochures, Digital presence.
  • Prepare Marketing Budgets.
  • Carry out marketing activities based on approved budgets.
  • Establish and review Enquiry generation to Order Confirmation process.
  • Monitor enquiries, quotations, and their response timelines.
  • Capture customer requirements.
  • Provide necessary feedbacks wherever required.
  • Monitor product development based on customer feedback
  • Ensuring Customer segment wise profitability
  • Visit clients to maintain the relationship
  • Monitor and review outstanding collections from customers with the team.
  • Handle critical collections outstanding upon escalation
  • Ensuring Product Group wise margins profitability
  • Review the pricing of the products annually or as per business plan with management
  • Analysis of technical samples of products received from customers during various stages of usage and providing appropriate feedback to them.
  • Analysis of water samples to find its suitability for use with amplifiable products like soluble cutting oils covering tests like ph., conductivity, total alkalinity, hardness, chloride, sulphate, T.D.S, c.o.d., microbial growth etc.
  • Performing the inspection and testing of regular production batches as per specifications. In case of non-conformance, finding the cause for failure and taking corrective actions. Raw materials, intermediates products and packaging materials also tested for quality.
  • Evaluation of various competitor samples for comparisons and 5 research purpose.
  • Scaling up from laboratory scale to pilot plant for Greases.
  • Preparation of standard specifications for quality check
  • Preparation of product data sheet and to make amendment in the same.
  • Preparation of material safety data sheet and to amend the same with safety icon and codes.
  • Conduct successful trial at customers end
  • Preparation of manufacturing procedure for production with all details of controls such as temperature, reaction time, sequence of addition of raw materials, and intermediate control test (acid number, viscosity, water content, ph etc)
  • Preparation of specifications of raw materials used in formulations
  • Well versed with ISO 9000:2000 procedures and requirements
