Key Responsibilities
:

  • Manage D365 F&O environments using Lifecycle Services (LCS), including refresh, updates, deployment, and service requests.
  • Administer Power Platform (Dataverse integration, dual-write setup, and governance).
  • Oversee user provisioning, security role design, licensing, and SoD compliance.
  • Set up and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) for deployment, builds, and automation.
  • Design integrations using OData, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and APIs.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Lead code reviews, architecture assessments, and documentation.
  • Support rollouts and work closely with business teams during implementation.
  • Mentor junior developers and coordinate with offshore teams for smooth delivery.

Key Skills (Technical and Non-Technical)
:

  • Strong experience in D365 F&O administration and customization.
  • Expertise in Power Platform Admin Center and Dataverse integration.
  • Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, ADF, and API Management.
  • Strong X++ development and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience with global rollouts and offshore delivery model.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance standards (SOX, GDPR, ITGC).
