Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a D365 Technical Lead Consultant located in Mumbai. The D365 Technical Lead Consultant will be responsible for providing technical consulting, troubleshooting technical issues, offering technical support, and working closely with the sales team. Daily tasks will involve analyzing client needs, defining solutions, implementing D365 systems, and ensuring smooth integration and performance. The role demands extensive collaboration with various departments to deliver optimal solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying client needs and defining solutions
  • Consulting experience and ability to provide expert advice
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and maintain systems
  • Experience in Sales support to bridge technical insights with business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Understanding of D365 systems and prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
