Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow key accounts such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.

Ensure proper pricing, listing, and optimization of products on the e-commerce platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries.

Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.

Address customer queries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related role (freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
