Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Biyani Automobiles. Based in Indore and Pithampur, the position is ideal for freshers and experienced looking for growth in the automotive sales field. This role requires a strong passion for sales and customer management, with the opportunity to impact the two-wheeler mobility market positively.

- Ability to understand and adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs for optimal results.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and facilitate smooth information exchange.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, contributing to team efforts and achieving collective sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers, presenting them with information about Bajaj vehicles and their benefits.
- Build strong customer relationships by maintaining regular follow-ups and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate sales deals, ensuring terms that are favorable and beneficial to both the customer and the company.
- Maintain detailed product knowledge to address customer queries and provide expert advice when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute positively to the company's growth and market presence.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new product features, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Regularly report on sales activities, results, market conditions, and competitor information to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
