About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join Juteq, a cloud and AI-native solutions company. You will lead the delivery of AI-enabled software solutions for clients in the automotive retail sector. This is a full-time remote position based in India, with working hours aligned to international business days. You will manage engineering timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the smooth execution of cloud and AI projects tailored to dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for AI-driven, cloud-based solutions targeting automotive dealerships
  • Coordinate engineering resources, manage sprint plans, and track progress against deadlines
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Translate dealership-centric requirements into actionable work items for development teams
  • Track risks, dependencies, and blockers, maintaining clear communication across all teams
  • Support integration with popular dealership systems (e.g., vAuto, CRM platforms)
  • Maintain project documentation and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
  • Leverage AI-powered project management tools to optimize scheduling, risk prediction, and resource allocation
  • Foster collaboration across remote and cross-functional teams using modern communication platforms

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management for software or technology delivery
  • Strong understanding of dealership workflows (sales, CRM, service lane, and inventory operations)
  • Proven ability to lead Agile development teams and drive cross-functional coordination
  • Familiarity with dealership technology stacks (experience with vAuto is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, task management, and risk mitigation skills
  • Proficiency with AI-driven project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana with AI features) is preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
  • Experience with AI/ML delivery, especially LLMs or agentic systems
  • Previous work integrating legacy systems and third-party APIs
  • Experience managing technical teams in high-stakes or time-sensitive environments
