As a Partnerships & BTL Intern at IIDE, your role will be a blend of creativity and operations. On one side, youll contribute to designing and enhancing partnership decks, researching new ideas, and curating insights for impactful collaborations. On the other hand, you'll manage backend responsibilities such as data cleaning, database management, research, and feedback form preparation to ensure smooth execution of seminars and BTL activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution, while learning how these two elements work together to drive IIDE's growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, enhance, and update decks with fresh research and insights.
  • Conduct research on potential collaborators and BTL activities.
  • Support backend tasks including data cleaning, database management, and reporting.
  • Prepare and update feedback forms and other digital assets (via WordPress/Google Forms).
  • Assist the BTL team with seminar coordination and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth backend operations.
  • Document and maintain records of partnerships and BTL activities.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Google Slides for deck creation.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or willingness to learn.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Creativity and a strong sense of visual presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience (internship/project) in marketing, partnerships, or events is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (optional but helpful).
