Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and represent the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients/customers as per scheduled appointments or leads.
  • Present products/services effectively to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of daily field activity.
  • Meet sales/collection/service targets as assigned.
  • Maintain professionalism and company standards during field visits.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and convincing skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to handle field work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
  • Prior experience in fieldwork/sales/customer service is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
