Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive (Field Staff) to join our team in the premium automation segment. The candidate will be responsible for driving field sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our automation products in Kannur, Thrissur, and Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the automation and premium product segment.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and premium customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with the technical and service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in premium category products (automation, luxury home/office solutions, building materials, interiors, or electronics).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel across Kannur, Thrissur, and Calicut.
