Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Development Executive to handle on-ground outreach and student acquisition across Kerala. The role includes visiting educational institutions, engaging with students, coordinating field events, building local networks, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. A short self-introduction video must be submitted with the application.

Responsibilities

  • Travel across Kerala to visit schools and colleges as per planned schedules
  • Conduct workshops, awareness talks, and student interaction sessions
  • Build effective relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community members
  • Gather accurate student/parent details and update CRM entries consistently
  • Assist with offline promotional tasks like distributing brochures, posters, and standees
  • Develop and manage local agent networks and community contacts for lead flow
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach activities
  • Take part in education fairs, expos, school/college events, and public programs
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities with institutions and local partners
  • Review the effectiveness of activities based on leads, quality, and conversion
  • Coordinate follow-up efforts with Sales and Counseling teams
  • Drive walk-ins to centers through offline engagement
  • Maintain daily logs of visits, interactions, events, and leads
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
  • Work with internal teams to support field campaigns and outreach plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or BTL activities
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Ability to manage events, travel, and field operations independently
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and working toward monthly targets
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
  • A self-introduction video is mandatory to apply
