Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts in the electrical panel and automation segment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, strong client networking skills, and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales and marketing.

Key
Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Generate new business opportunities in electrical panels, LT switchboards, and automation solutions.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and report performance metrics to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of electrical panels (PCC, MCC, etc.) and automation systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.
  • Knowledge of electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and project estimation is an added advantage.
  • Leadership qualities with team management experience.
