**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients. Understand their needs and work to propose effective solutions.
- **Sales Presentations & Pitches**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s offerings.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring that terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment in achieving business development goals and enhancing service offerings.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales and business development activities, including lead generation, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and data.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
