Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Expert to join our team. This is a leadership role where you will act as a bridge between the academic team and support teams to ensure students have a smooth and enriching learning experience. You will take ownership of managing students, guiding teams, and ensuring that all academic and course-related processes run efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Take complete ownership of a group of students and ensure they receive a seamless learning experience.

● Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic concerns, course issues, or difficulties with the Learning Management System (LMS).

● Identify and resolve academic challenges, including gaps in teaching, course content issues, or technical difficulties.

● Work closely with both the academic team and the support team to streamline processes and provide timely solutions.

● Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tasks related to students' learning and experience are completed efficiently.

● Monitor student progress, engagement, and feedback to ensure high-quality education delivery.

● Support and guide the teams while also contributing individually to problem-solving and process improvements.

● Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups between teams and students.

● Curate academic content for the students and faculties.

Qualifications & Skills:

● ACCA / CFA / CPA / CMA / FRM with 3–5 years of work experience

●Strong leadership and team management abilities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

● Ability to manage multiple students and tasks simultaneously.

● Prior experience in education management, student engagement, or academic

coordination is preferred but not mandatory
