Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Expert (Leadership Role) who will act as a bridge between our academic and support teams to ensure students have a seamless, enriching learning journey. You will take ownership of student experience, academic content, and cross-team coordination while guiding and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of a group of students and ensure they receive a smooth academic experience.

Act as the first point of contact for students on course issues, academic queries, or LMS concerns.

Identify and resolve gaps in teaching, course content, and academic delivery.

Collaborate with academic & support teams to streamline processes and provide timely solutions.

Monitor student progress, feedback, and engagement to ensure high-quality delivery.

Curate academic content for students and faculties as required.

Lead, support, and guide internal teams while contributing individually to problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-have Educational Background (Highly Preferred): ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA candidates, MBA in Finance

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Prior experience in education management, student engagement, or academic coordination is a plus.
