Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Answer inbound customer queries professionally and courteously.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Provide product/service details and resolve customer queries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for meetings.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions with management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Certification in sales or customer service is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil].
  • Persuasive, confident, and positive speaking skills.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Patience, customer service orientation, and professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
