- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller (female ) to contribute for the business growth of our company. You will be responsible for handling the queries over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective telecaller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirement**:

- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Fluent in English, Tamil (another language is an added advantage)
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Effective and Timely Communication
- Preferred computer knowledge.
- Any degree.
