**Location: Cherri Cloud Solutions Pvt Ltd: Company location: [Cherri Technologies Dev #11, First Floor, 4th Cross, Venkata Nagar, back side of Puduvai Tamil Sangam, Puducherry**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions, update customer profiles, and process necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update the database of customer information.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Venkatanagar, Puducherry, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
