We are Hiring**: Telecalling**

Minimum Experience**:0 to 1 year** Location**:Pondicherry** No: of Vacancy: 3
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller (female) to contribute for the business growth of our company. You will be responsible for handling the queries over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible to call customers and remind for payment.

2. Responsible to act as a bridge between field executives and team leaders

3. Responsible for constantly following up on Arrears payment

4. Work consistently to rectify billing error

5. Responsible for Analysis and feedback of unpaid accounts

6. Follow up for reactivation of inactive accounts.

**Requirement**:

- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Fluent in English, Tamil (another language is an added advantage)
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Effective and Timely Communication
- Preferred computer knowledge.
- Any degree.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
