Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Process - Lead Generation position based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential business leads, conducting outbound calls to international clients, providing detailed service or product information, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves documenting leads, maintaining CRM databases, and collaborating with sales teams to support overall lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and interact effectively with international clients and deliver high-quality customer support
  • Analytical Skills to research potential leads, assess data, and strategize effective approaches for lead generation
  • Foundational knowledge in Finance and Sales to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other related software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in lead generation or international voice processes is advantageous
