Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for International Voice Process - Lead Generation, based in Pune. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads through outbound calls, and managing client interactions effectively. The role also includes maintaining a database of customer information, following up on prospects, and ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting lead-generation targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage effectively.
  • Solid Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and provide insights.
  • Basic understanding of Finance concepts to align sales strategies with client needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and a proven ability to meet lead-generation targets.
  • Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to an on-site work environment.
  • Prior experience in international lead-generation or customer service roles is an advantage.
