Role Purpose

Build and manage strong relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and placement cells.

Drive student acquisition, coordinate campus activities, and ensure continuous enrollment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Acquisition & Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard new colleges across targeted regions.
  • Build relationships with Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and faculty heads.
  • Pitch programs, internships, and placement opportunities to institutions.
  • Secure partnership MoUs and drive long-term engagement cycles.

2. Student Engagement & Activation

  • Conduct seminars, webinars, classroom talks, and workshops.
  • Manage on-ground events, career fairs, and orientation programs.
  • Promote courses, internships, and training programs to students.
  • Convert interested students into counselling appointments for admissions.

3. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain high-touch communication with TPOs and college management.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and event coordination.
  • Resolve queries from colleges and students quickly and professionally.

4. Enrollment Pipeline & Performance

  • Drive student lead volume from campus activities.
  • Align with Admission Counsellors for follow-ups and conversion.
  • Track event performance metrics: attendance, leads, show-ups, conversions.

5. Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain campus database, visit reports, and weekly progress sheets.
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, event materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Provide weekly dashboards: campus visits, leads, conversions, ROI per event.
