Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic Sales Specialist who will play a pivotal role in expanding our network through partnerships with architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, and system integrators. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, growing the client base, and contributing significantly to the overall sales efforts. You will lead by example, ensuring a high level of client engagement and helping your team achieve their goals through effective collaboration and support.
Key Responsibilities
Building and Expanding Networks
Foster long-lasting relationships with key industry professionals such as architects, interior designers, and builders to drive business growth.
Actively engage with new and existing partners to cultivate opportunities that align with eGlu's premium offerings.
Client Engagement and Demos
Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value and sophistication of eGlu's solutions.
Follow up with client's post-demo to address any questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
Achieving Targets
Meet personal sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that client needs are met with high levels of satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Handle escalations in a professional manner, ensuring quick resolution to any issues.
Team Collaboration
Support the team in achieving sales goals by offering guidance, sharing market insights, and motivating colleagues to deliver results.
- Provide strategic input on large-ticket sales and key accounts when necessary.

- Implement sales strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring continued growth in premium residential markets.
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly to stay ahead of industry changes.
Requirements
- Sales Experience -
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the high-end home automation, luxury, or interior design sectors. A strong track record in achieving or surpassing sales goals is essential. - Relationship-Building Skills -
Expertise in cultivating strong professional relationships with architects, designers, and consultants to drive business opportunities. - Industry Knowledge -
Knowledge of the smart home, premium residential, or luxury interior product sectors is highly desirable. Awareness of the trends and client expectations in high-end markets is crucial. - Communication Skills -
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada, along with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, will be critical to success in this role.
