Job Summary: Marketing Executive / Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

We are a small but growing pharmaceutical manufacturing unit specializing in surgical spirit and other disinfectant products. We are seeking a proactive and experienced marketing professional to lead and establish all marketing activities from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with the ability to independently plan and execute marketing strategies. This role involves expanding our product reach, building distributor and retailer networks, increasing brand visibility, and driving overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for disinfectant and surgical spirit products.

Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's presence in hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail channels.

Build and manage distributor/wholesaler relationships to increase product availability.

Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.

Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in coordination with management.

Work closely with the production and operations teams to align marketing with supply chain and capacity.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in pharmaceutical or healthcare product marketing.

Strong knowledge of the disinfectant and OTC product market.

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of marketing initiatives.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Willingness to travel as required for business development.
