We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for the Data Center sector, specifically across Engineering, Design, and Construction functions. Candidates with experience hiring for MEP Consulting firms or Data Center infrastructure roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for technical and infrastructure roles across engineering, design, and construction disciplines.
  • Strong focus on TA processes Automation, optimizing TA Process, Data driven analysis, market mapping, head hunting experience.
  • Talent sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, with strong hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage both domestic and international hiring mandates, ensuring alignment with local market expectations.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain employer brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Solid background in stakeholder management, include exposure to overseas stakeholders management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in Data Center or MEP/Infrastructure industries.
  • Proven success in hiring across global markets.
  • Proficiency in using modern ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
