
Sales and Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
Sales
Generate new business by reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and leads.
Promote rental plans, offers, and additional services to maximize sales opportunities.
Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both corporate and individual clients.
Support
Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and extensions.
Provide seamless support during check-in and check-out processes.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or escalations promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Task Manager systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 13 years in sales, support, or operations, preferably in car rental, travel, or hospitality.
Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
