We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Outbound Sales Executive to engage with customers across the Middle East and Africa regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth through outbound calls, emails, and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Present and promote products/services to clients effectively, addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all leads, follow up with leads generated through phone and convert them into sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations & customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outbound or international sales (preferably targeting Middle East/Africa markets).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Female candidates preferred.
