Job Title: Outbound Setter (Remote)
About Us:
* We help busy people reverse diabetes by eating the right food.
* We focus on real results, not fake promises.
* We are looking for someone who can send 100+ messages a day and talk to people so they book calls with us.
What You Will Do:
* Call and send messages to people using our ready-made scripts.
* Change the message a little for each person after checking simple details.
* Keep track of who replied, who to follow up with, and who booked a call.
* Send follow-up messages to people who dont reply.
* Book interested people into our sales teams calendar.
* Work with our sales team to improve messages.
Skills You Need:
* Good English writing (clear and simple)
* Fluent in Tamil for speaking and understanding (most important)
* Know how to use Google Sheets and other simple online tools
* Show up every day and finish work on time
* Stay positive even when people say no
* Learn new things quickly
Work Details:
* Work 6-8 hours a day (Monday to Friday)
* Pay: Salary + Incentives
* Work from home
