Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Sales Executive to join our team in the Jewelry Industry at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales, preferably within the jewelry sector. The professional will be key in driving sales and effectively managing client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to efficiently handle client interactions and data.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for the luxury goods market to enhance customer experience.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for seamless transaction processing and customer service.
- Solid understanding of gem identification techniques to assess jewelry quality and authenticity.
- Strong skills in social media marketing to promote products and engage with customers online effectively.
- Expertise in sales negotiation (Mandatory skill) to secure favorable terms and close high-value sales deals.
- Experience in jewelry appraisals (Mandatory skill) for accurately evaluating and pricing jewelry items.
- Competency in inventory management (Mandatory skill) to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess stock costs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the jewelry market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase jewelry collections and highlight product features.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, facilitating efficient follow-ups and relationship management.
- Analyze sales trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales through strategic social media campaigns and events.
- Conduct jewelry appraisals to assist clients in the selection of products that meet their preferences and budgets.
