Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Sales Executive to join our team in the Jewelry Industry at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales, preferably within the jewelry sector. The professional will be key in driving sales and effectively managing client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to efficiently handle client interactions and data.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored for the luxury goods market to enhance customer experience.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for seamless transaction processing and customer service.
  • Solid understanding of gem identification techniques to assess jewelry quality and authenticity.
  • Strong skills in social media marketing to promote products and engage with customers online effectively.
  • Expertise in sales negotiation (Mandatory skill) to secure favorable terms and close high-value sales deals.
  • Experience in jewelry appraisals (Mandatory skill) for accurately evaluating and pricing jewelry items.
  • Competency in inventory management (Mandatory skill) to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess stock costs.
