HR Administration and Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources:

    • Handle recruitment, attendance, payroll, and HR record management

    • Collaborate with Korea HQ to implement HR policies and compliance

    • Support employment contracts, visa, and local labor administration
  • Administration:

    • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination

    • Organize internal events, travel, and administrative documentation

    • Collaborate with local authorities and business partners
  • Finance:

    • Manage invoices, petty cash, and expense reports

    • Coordinate with external accounting firm for monthly closing and tax filing

    • Prepare local budget reports and financial submissions to HQ

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR / Admin / Finance
  • Knowledge of Indian labor, tax, and corporate regulations
  • Good communication skills in English (for HQ correspondence)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in Korean or multinational company
  • HR / Accounting certification preferred
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible attitude
